1963: Clement Carolus, father of the current manager, starts the production of fruit trees as a second job.

1979: Carolus C. BVBA is registered in the Belgian law gazette

1991: Koen Carolus takes over the business with a yearly production of 200 000 trees

1996: Clement Carolus chooses to enjoy his retirement

1997: Koen Carolus requires a long revalidation after an industrial accident

1998: Export to Austria, Slovak Republic, Slovenia and Czech Republic takes off

1999: Foundation of a joint-venture with a Slovakian company, Plantex

2000: Export to Denmark and Sweden takes off

2002: Substantial elaboration of cooling capacity, new offices

2005: Expansion and renewal of the engine compound

2006: Complete transformation to steal supporting materials instead of bamboo

2007: Additional expansion of cooling area to 45 000 m³.
Establishing permanent housing for seasonal (temporary) working men.
Building new warehousing complex for machinery

2008: We are represented in every European country.
We grow the right varieties for each area and we try to create a surplus value for each fruit grower
